By purchasing The MUA Positioning Intensive (“the Program”), you (“you”, “the customer”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions provided by Kimberley / MIKI Academy (“we”, “us”).

These terms are in place to ensure clarity, fairness, and a professional learning experience for all parties.

1. Digital Product – All Sales Are Final

This is a digital product.

All sales are final and non-refundable.

Once access has been granted, no refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be offered under any circumstances. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this in full.

2. Access & Delivery

This is an evergreen, watch-only programme.

After purchase, you will receive a welcome email containing links to the 5-part video training.

The content is for self-paced viewing and does not include feedback or live support.

You are responsible for ensuring you can access the materials using the links provided.

3. Support & Additional Services

This program does not include personalised feedback or coaching.

If you would like additional support, you may:

Book a 1:1 coaching session at £250, subject to availability

Choose to upgrade into one of our full course offerings for deeper, ongoing support

These options are separate purchases and not included in the Intensive.

4. Personal Responsibility

Unauthorised use or sharing may result in legal action.

7. Technology & Access

You are responsible for:

Having a suitable device and internet connection

Managing your own access to the content

We are not responsible for technical issues outside of our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Any business, financial, or personal outcomes

Any indirect or consequential losses
